According to a report by PWInsider, MLW has current plans scheduled (tentatively) for live events in February in New York, even though this seems like an unrealistic standpoint due to the ongoing surge in coronavirus cases.
The company is waiting to see what happens in terms of the COVID-19 vaccinations, with the idea of returning with live events featuring fans by the second and/or third quarter of 2021.
MLW officials are also reportedly keeping an eye on the Broadway industry, since the unions for Broadway staff and performers would not allow any shows to open prematurely. If Broadway shows begin to open up and run intimate theaters at some point, that could be a signal for when it will become safe for fans to congregate at wrestling events again.
