WWE Hall of Famer ‘Mighty’ Molly Holly is willing to don her cape once more if need be as part of next month’s Women’s Royal Rumble match.
Holly, a two-time WWE Women’s Champion, was hired as a full-time producer for the promotion in August of last year, and has earned praise for her work behind the scenes.
While speaking during a K & S WrestleFest virtual signing, Molly said that she’s open to competing in the Rumble if she is given enough time to prepare. She said,
“I told the creative writing team that if I do have to be in it [2023 women’s Royal Rumble], I need some advance notice because that hurts to go from not doing it for a long time and getting thrown in there so, they have not given me any notice as of yet and it’s getting close to that time. So they better tell me soon if I am gonna have to be in it.”
Holly said that in the past, WWE has given her as little as six days notice to prepare for the match.
Molly Holly has competed in the 2018 and 2022 Women’s Rumble matches, and has one elimination to her name.
