Monty Brown Has No Interest In Returning To Pro Wrestling – Details

Impact Wrestling continues to bring in new and former stars from the past into the company, one name that been dropped was Monty Brown. According to a report by Fightful, the company has reached out to Monty Brown on the possibilities of a return but he has declined a return to the squared circle.

Monty Brown wrestled for TNA between 2002 through 2007, before having a brief stint in WWE (under the ECW brand) as Marcus Cor Von. Once that run fizzled out, he left WWE to take care of his family and subsequently left the wrestling business.

While Monty Brown has appeared backstage at both WWE and Impact events a couple of times over the past year, he doesn’t have any interest in returning. Brown and Kevin Thorn, who has remained close friends with Brown since their days in the company, says Brown jumped at the opportunity to appear at a charity show he did but didn’t want to wrestle. Brown has refused to return to several other wrestling companies (indy promotions) in the past as well.
