Olympic Gold Medalist Gable Steveson was drafted to the RAW brand during the 2021 WWE Draft that took place several weeks ago.
According to a report from Fightful, while it was a ‘shocking’ pick on television, it was not a closely guarded secret backstage. With that being said, talent and staff at the venue were a bit surprised as WWE even had a planned entrance for him on their runsheet but obviously Steveson was not at RAW on the day of the draft.
It was also noted that there are currently no “imminent” plans for him.
