On Thursday, Gamechanger Wrestling (GCW) announced that Cheerleader Melissa, a former member of SHIMMER and TNA, will be inducted into the Indie Wrestling Hall of Fame Class of 2023. She will be inducted by Dave Prazak, and joins Christopher Daniels, who will be inducted by longtime partner Frankie Kazarian.

Melissa is a two-time SHIMMER World Champion and a previous SHIMMER Tag Team Champion. Her list of accomplishments also includes earning the #1 ranking in the 2013 PWI Female Top 50.
The Indie Wrestling Hall of Fame ceremony will take place on February 2nd at the Millennium Biltmore in Los Angeles, California.
