According to a report in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, we have some new details regarding the news that the participants in the Money in the Bank ladder match did not know Brock Lesnar would be winning.
According to Dave, people who were working backstage were told that Ali would be winning, but the actual competitors were told that Ali would be the last one on the ladder when an eighth competitor would appear. Up until the Lesnar decision was made, Ali and McIntyre were 50/50 tossup for the proposed winner.
