During Sunday night’s Ring of Honor Death Before Dishonor pay-per-view event, a new ROH Pure Champion was crowned, as Josh Woods defeated Jonathan Gresham to win the title. The end of the match came when Woods countered a kimura into a wheelbarrow suplex to win the championship.
Gresham won the title on August 23, 2020 at the ROH tapings in Baltimore. His title reign ends at 386 days.
