Former TNA star Rhaka Khan’s criminal case for charges of interfering with child custody and “aggravated kidnapping facilitate” has received a new trial date.
PWInsider is reporting that the trial is now set to begin on June 3rd at the 409th District Court in El Paso, Texas. Additionally, a pre-trial conference is to be held on April 21st.
Due to various COVID-19 complications, the trial has been delayed seven times.
It should also be noted that according to Texas law, interference with child custody can be punishable by up to two years in prison.
