Former WWE Champion Big E is currently busy with Hot Yoga, reports SILive. The New Day member has been getting into Hot Yoga through his friendship with Emilio Sparks.

Big E said, “You really don’t know how something like this can bear fruit in your life. Sometimes, we’re resistant to things we haven’t been exposed to and so often, it’s about breaking down the stigma or preconceived notions we have and just giving it a shot. You never know how much it can positively impact your life.”

Asuka posted her latest YouTube video in which she received a new championship belt for one of her reigns. The video description reads,

“I am one of the people who achieved the WWE Grand Slam.

A new championship belt has arrived for me, the only person in the world to have achieved a perfect Grand Slam with all titles.”

On a recent edition of “The Masked Man Show” podcast, former NXT star Chris Hero (Kassius Ohno) discussed his absence from the ring following his WWE release in 2020.

Hero signed with AEW earlier this year and currently works as a producer for Tony Khan’s promotion.

Hero said, “I never felt like I wasn’t going to have another match. There was never a point in me that I thought, ‘Well, I’m done.’ So that would be why I would get a little irritated when people were like, ‘Yeah, he retired…’ It just…I got fired during a pandemic. That’s awesome. And I was like, ‘Well, I’m not going to travel now.’ I thought everyone was being a little bit irrational and a little reckless. I’m like, ‘I’m not getting on a plane with strangers. I’m not traveling. I just don’t want to be around people.’ I love fans, I love being around them, but I don’t want to be around fans where I’m constantly thinking, ‘Man, am I going to get sick?’ It’s scary. So I refused to travel for a while…that’s why I didn’t come right back immediately.”
