Following the aftermath of Hulk Hogan suing Gawker for leaking his sex tape with Heather Clem, in which Hogan was awarded Hogan $115 million in damages in March as well as an additional $25 million for punitive damages, Hogan is going after agent Tony Burton for allegedly sending his sex tape to Gawker editor A.J. Daulerio in 2012.
Hogan is suing Burton as well as his firm, Don Buchwald & Associates, for conspiring to extort money from him and for leaking his racist remarks to the National Enquirer.
