According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, NJPW and STARDOM parent company Bushiroad earned $13.3 million during their second quarter last year. It should be noted that the number is down 19.5% from the previous year during the same time period.
New Japan World currently has 116,000 paid subscriptions. While STARDOM’s business grew last year, New Japan Pro Wrestling did not. Of course, this has everything to do with the COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions on how many fans are allowed into the arenas.
