The first Monday Night Raw following Paul Heyman’s appointment as Executive Director of the brand is off to a chaotic start.
First, in the first 30 seconds of the show, the NXT Tag Team Champions, The Street Profits were quickly shown backstage and taken off screen:

While that may have been a miscue from production, what happens next certainly was not.
The show began with the Falls Count Anywhere match between Bobby Lashley and Braun Strowman. The fight quickly got out of control with a lot of brawling in the crowd and ended with an explosion after both men crashed through the Monday Night Raw set.
On commentary, Corey Graves let out an audible “holy shit!” The next five minutes, going into commercial, and coming out of it, would feature both men being stretchered out of the Arena while the full backstage set was shown through unique camera angles.
Considering the use of profanity, pyro during the explosion, and more, this is certainly a far cry from the typical 20-minute promo that would open up an episode of Raw.
