According to a new report from Fightful, Omos is currently set to face former two-time WWE Champion Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania 38.
The report notes that as of this weekend, Omos was to face the returning Lashley. However, on which day of WrestleMania the match is set for is not yet known.
Additionally, despite sources telling the site this is currently the match planned for Omos, they have not yet received absolute confirmation that Lashley’s been cleared for an in-ring return. This comes after it was reported that Lashley suffered a shoulder injury at January’s Royal Rumble show, an injury that was expected to keep him out for up to four months.
It should be noted that as acknowledged in the report, WrestleVotes tweeted out that Omos was set for a singles match at WrestleMania with an opponent that “may surprise some people.”
Source states, as of now, Omos is indeed getting a singles WrestleMania match. And his opponent may surprise some people…
It’s not Veer. Or Cody for that matter.

If Omos vs. Bobby Lashley does go ahead, it will be the Omos’ first-ever pay-per-view singles match.
