According to a report from Pwinsider, the original Sexy Star, Dulce Garcia, is currently hospitalized after undergoing emergency surgery for appendicitis. The surgery took place last night in Guatemala.
Garcia was planning to wrestle for Robles Promotions but was taken to the hospital after she started suffering from some severe abdominal pain. She is expected to remain in the hospital for several weeks while she recovers.
Hija de Gatubela is currently playing the role of Sexy Star in AAA. Garcia has played the role in Lucha Underground and AAA in the past.
