Former WWE Divas Champion and SmackDown General Manager Paige spoke with The Wrap while promoting her film Fighting With My Family. Here are the highlights:
The film:
“It’s wonderful — obviously I didn’t know I was going to have a movie made about my life at the age of 26, so it’s definitely a surreal moment. But it feels really good — we have such a wonderful cast. I mean, look at them!”
Actress Florence Pugh playing her in the film:
“One of my favorite things about this film and being able to play her is that Stephen said straight away, ‘I want to you to wrestle as much as possible and I want you to be in it and I want to capture as much of you doing it.’ That’s so liberating and exciting that I got to do that.”
