Alberto El Patron announced on Thursday that he will no longer be attending the WrestleCon in Orlando, Florida during WrestleMania 33 weekend. The reason for him cancelling his appearance is due to the recent Paige situation. For those unaware, El Patron and Paige are a real-life couple and have been for over a year now.
El Patron issued the following statement:
“Due to the invasion of our privacy, I need to be home with the person that needs me more at the moment and our family. Thanks for your support and I’ll be seeing you next time.”
In an update on Paige, she is suffering from severe depression issues following the leak of her nude photos and sex tape nearly two weeks ago. Many of her family members and closest friends are concerned for her well being.
