In an interview with SlashFilm, directors John Requa and Glenn Ficarra revealed that the Vince McMahon biopic “Pandemonium” is officially dead, and the Executive Chairman of WWE’s Board deliberately killed it.
The film was set up at TriStar in 2017 and Requa and Ficarra were set to direct with WWE Studios funding the project. Requa said,
“Vince killed it. We have never in our career had the studio, we had an actor, everybody was just like, ‘Let’s make this movie,’ and Vince said, ‘We’re not making it’… So, yeah, we are on a very long list of people who got f***ed over by Vince.”
