Paul Heyman showed up to this week’s episode of WWE NXT to corner Bron Breakker in his main event match with Carmelo Hayes. But that wasn’t the only reason he was there.
On Tuesday night’s episode of WWE NXT, a backstage segment aired with Heyman trying to recruit Ava, who is of course the daughter of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
In the segment, Heyman was seen talking to Ava in a room. While we couldn’t hear what was said, Paul E. referred to The Bloodline label on his phone case.
Ava didn’t appear to be convinced by the pitch, but she also didn’t say no. Heyman then made a phone call to end the segment.
