UPDATED x 2: According to Courant.com, WWE Diva Emma
appeared in a Hartford community court today and was ordered to do community
service. Her lawyer, Hubert Santos stated that his client’s (Emma) arrest came
about by a mistake. He noted that she was using the self-checkout machine at the
Hartford Walmart when she bought about $30 of items, but forgot to pay for a
case for an electronic device.
UPDATE: WWE sent out
the following statement in regards to the previously reported arrest
“WWE is aware that Tenille Dashwood (WWE Diva Emma) was
arrested for shoplifting. Ms. Dashwood is ultimately responsible for her
personal actions.”

Tenille Dashwood, was arrested in Hartford, Connecticut (the site of RAW) last
night and charged with sixth degree larceny. It’s rumored that she tried to
steal an iPod case from a Hartford Walmart but that hasn’t been confirmed. It’s
clear she stole something, however.
Some on the internet claimed that
they saw the report on the local news. She is listed in the Hartford police
arrest log, which you can find here. She is on page
nine.
