Recently, a rumor has been floating around as to where NXT TakeOver during WrestleMania week will be held. On the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that the event could be held at the Capital Wrestling Center (WWE’s Performance Center), but it is also possible they could have the show at Raymond James Stadium with around 3,800-4,000 fans in attendance.
The two-night TakeOver event is likely to be announced officially sometime next week. Also, there’s a good chance that RAW and SmackDown will be held at the stadium on Monday and Tuesday (taped SmackDown), respectively, so that WWE could utilize it for the entire WrestleMania week.
The plan is to have NXT TakeOver as a two-night event, with the first night on Wednesday, April 7 and night two on Thursday, April 8.
