Randy Orton hasn’t been on WWE television lately, but The Viper is still making headlines.

Orton testified for over three hours in court yesterday in the jury trial over the lawsuit currently underway between Orton’s tattoo artist and a host of other entities.

Tattoo artist Catherine Alexander is suing WWE, Take-Two Interactive Software, 2K Games, Inc., 2K Sports, Inc., Visual Concepts Entertainment, Yuke’s Co., Ltd. and Yuke’s LA Inc. before the U.S. District Court Southern District of Illinois.

Originally filed in April 2018, the lawsuit alleges that the tattoos done for Orton were Alexander’s own designs and therefore, she owns the rights. Her contention is that defendants (the 2K group listed above) used her images without her permission and have infringed on her copyrights by using the tattoos in their video games. The trial remains ongoing.
