Gran Metalik has taken to Twitter to confirm he will be back on WWE Raw next week after missing this week’s episode.
Despite Lucha House Party being represented in Monday night’s Battle Royal, Gran Metalik was absent. Commentary stated that his absence was due to some form of injury, though what exactly that injury was, was never stated.
Metalik’s partner Lince Dorado instead had to fend for himself in the match, only to be eliminated fairly early on by John Morrison.
Metalik at least confirmed his absence was short term and nothing serious, and that he will be returning to our screens in the near future.
Whilst it’s great news to hear of Gran Metalik’s speedy return from injury, perhaps Dorado could have been saved from fending for himself had WWE not released Kalisto back in April.
