Yesterday, it was reported here on eWn (click here to read) via WrestlingINC, that Cruiserweight Classic tournament competitor HoHo Lun was released from the WWE.
Pro Wrestling Sheet has learned that Lun was not fired from the WWE like originally reported, but, he requested his release to deal with a serious family situation. There is no word on what the situation was/is.
WWE: “WWE has granted HoHo Lun’s request to be released for personal reasons.”
Lun competed in last summer’s inaugural WWE Cruiserweight Classic tournament and was eliminated in the 2nd round by 205 Live star Noam Dar.
