Never one to hold back – Reby Sky is at it again!

As we’ve been reporting here on eWn, Matt Hardy recently took to his podcast to discuss the backstage fight between The Elite, CM Punk, and Ace Steel following the AEW All Out 2022 media scrum.

While Hardy originally said he witnessed the fight “first hand” and noted that The Elite did nothing wrong, he later backtracked on those comments by saying he never saw the fight.

Fast forward to Saturday, where Matt’s wife, Reby “Sky” Hardy, took to Twitter to stick to her guns.

In response to her husband’s tweet trying to clarify his comments, she clapped back with:

“Mine weren’t. F**k CM Punk.”

ORIGINAL: Did Matt Hardy get caught lying?

Earlier today, it was reported that the AEW wrestler announced on his podcast that he personally witnessed the backstage fight between The Elite, CM Punk, and Ace Steel following the All Out 2022 pay-per-view event. Additionally, he indicated that The Elite hadn’t done anything wrong and they were actually the victims. He said,

“I’m very happy they’re back. I will say this right here and right now, those guys didn’t do anything wrong in the situation. If anything, they were the victims. I’m telling you that from a first-person perspective. I was there. I witnessed it all.

“I love all three of those guys. I’ve known Matt and Nick forever. I’ve just gotten to know Kenny while I’ve worked with AEW, but I am very happy they are returning to TV and they’re back and they’re back in the mix. They deserve to be in the mix.”

Hardy has since taken to his Twitter account to clarify what he actually meant with his comments. He wrote,

“My comments from this week’s @matthardypod have been misconstrued. I WAS NOT at All Out 2022. I DID NOT say I witnessed the events at All Out. I witnessed the entire process in real time over the months & stand by my comment that the Elite were not in the wrong.”
