Multiple on-screen personalities paid tribute to Brodie Lee during this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, on what would have been his 43rd birthday.

Lee, known as Luke Harper in WWE, died in December 2020 of Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.

Opening up SmackDown, Michael Cold told fans “It’s Friday and you know what that means,” a nod to a line Lee would often use on social media.

Bray Wyatt would also pay tribute to his former teammate, saying “Yeah, yeah, yeah” during his entrance, something Lee did himself for years.

These tributes come after several tributes by AEW and WWE talent were made on social media.
