Seems as though some tension rose to the surface after The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson) re-signed with WWE last year rather than taking a chance with AEW. Gallows and Anderson noted on their podcast that WWE had a non-compete clause with their contracts expiring.

Karl Anderson stated: “There were some hard feelings I think. Because I think people trusted the Bucks and they told other parties that we were coming. And then we didn’t come and it made them look like they couldn’t close the deal.”
According to a report by Fightful Select, Gallows and Anderson are on good terms with The Young Bucks and have kept in touch throughout the entire process, despite the duo choosing to sign with Impact Wrestling over AEW. Anderson understood the Jacksons were upset at first, but after texting and talking things out, they went back on great terms with no animosity.
