According to sources, Eddie Edwards was injured during the iMPACT! Wrestling TV tapings on Saturday night. Edwards defeated Sami Callihan during a match and then was attacked by Callihan when it was over. According to a fan report, Callihan put a chair over Edwards and hit it with a baseball bat. The bat then bounced off the chair and hit Edwards across the top of his head.
Edwards apparently walked away and grabbed his head. When he got back to the locker room, there was said to be a “ton of blood.” Edwards was immediately rushed to a hospital.
