In an update on injured NJPW star Hiromu Takahashi, he is reportedly set to make a surprise appearance at an upcoming NJPW live event. During the event, he’s expected to reveal that he’ll be returning to the ring.
Takahashi is expected make a full-time return to the ring later this year. NJPW will be giving Takahashi a big push once he’s ready to return to in-ring action.
We previously reported here on eWn that Takahashi suffered a very serious and near career-ending neck injury during a match with Dragon Lee at the G1 Special in San Francisco, CA. Due to the injury, he was forced to relinquish his IWGP junior heavyweight title.
