For those wondering, Vince McMahon is backstage at tonight’s WWE SmackDown TV tapings and it’s said to be “business as usual.”
Of course, more allegations were made against him earlier today after the Wall Street Journal published a bombshell report saying McMahon allegedly paid over $12 million in hush money to four different women over the last 16 years. One of those people was a former WWE Diva, who received $7.5 million to keep quiet.
As usual, Vince McMahon has been directing the creative side of things for tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown.
Earlier today, WWE sent out an internal memo stating the following,
“We want to reiterate that we and our Board of Directors take these allegations seriously. We’ve been cooperating fully with the investigation led by our Board of Directors and will continue to do so until its conclusion.”
