According to several reports, WWE announcer JoJo Offerman is currently off the road from WWE due to “personal reasons.” As of now, she is still said to be employed by WWE despite rumors to the contrary.
The last time Offerman appeared on WWE television as a ring announcer was on the New Year’s Eve episode of RAW, which was taped in December. There are reportedly no issues backstage and she doesn’t have any “heat”. As of this writing, there’s no word as to when she will return to TV.
Offerman is not expected to work this weekend’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view event and was not seen in the listing for ring announcers and commentators set for Royal Rumble weekend.
Mike Rome will handle the ring announcing for RAW until JoJo returns.
