According to a report from Pwinsider, Oney Lorcan requested his release from WWE at the end of last month. As of this writing, the release has not been granted. Lorcan recently changed his social media accounts back to his former name of Biff Busick. He has not issued any statement on his current status with the company.
Lorcan signed with WWE in September of 2015 and joined the NXT brand. While he was mostly used to get new talent over, he did form a team with Danny Burch. Lorcan then went on to work WWE 205 Live.
