According to a report from the Wrestling Observer, Rezar from the Authors of Pain was cleared to return prior to the tag-team being released last Friday. He had recently been cleared to return from the bicep tear that he suffered back in March.
WWE confirmed the release of both Akam and Rezar on Friday. For those wondering, the duo were not intended to be brought back as part of Seth Rollins’ group.
