According to sources, The Authors of Pain were being discussed backstage at RAW to make their returns. Bryan Alvarez is reporting that there was talk of bringing the team back during the Tag-Team Turmoil match. Of course, that didn’t happen and WWE went another direction.
The Authors of Pain have been off TV since January because Akam suffered a knee injury. He was reportedly cleared back in May and they’ve only been working live events in recent months.
