According to a report from the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the Joey Janela vs Kenny Omega match from this week’s AEW Dynamite was a late addition.

Reportedly, AEW President Tony Khan felt so strongly about the reaction the two men received for their match the prior week on AEW Dark that he decided to add the match to this week’s television show.
