It appears that WWE officials could have some big plans in place for SmackDown star Mandy Rose next year.
Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE Chairman Vince McMahon is very high on the idea of pushing Rose as a star. As of this writing, there’s no word yet on who WWE might have in mind to pair Rose with but it was noted as a similar mindset they had with Lana last year.
If you recalled in Lana’s situation, her push stalled out and ended up being moved out of active competition in the lower part of the women’s division in order to pair her with Rusev once again.
Rose is currently feuding with Naomi. There has been some speculation about Rose and Sonya Deville continuing to team up for a possible WWE Women’s Tag Team Title run sometime in 2019 but that has yet to be confirmed.
