According to a report from Fightful, WWE Superstar Xavier Woods is expected to return in the very near future. The New Day member was recently removed from WWE’s internal “inactive” list.
While he was removed from the list prior to last week’s WWE SmackDown TV tapings, Woods wasn’t used on SmackDown or at the 2022 Royal Rumble pay-per-view event.
Woods has been out of action after he suffered a tear of his plantaris muscle on the January 7th episode of SmackDown. At the time, he was expected to be out of action for 4-6 weeks.
