Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the NWA EmPowerrr pay-per-view event on FITE TV back in August did 3,500 buys.
This was an all-women’s show held under the NWA banner that was produced by Mickie James. The show was headlined by the NWA Women’s Invitational Cup Gauntlet, which was won by Chelsea Green.
Kamille also defended the NWA Women’s Championship against Leyla Hirsch, while Awesome Kong announced her retirement at the show.
