Speaking with Graham GSM Matthews of Bleacher Report, Rey Mysterio talked about his opinion of Finn Balor.
The former WWE Champion stated that he hopes to have a singles match with Balor.
Rey Mysterio has stated that he hopes to have a singles match with Finn Balor, believing the potential dream match would be ‘something special’.
“You took the name right out of my mouth. I’ve said it before in the past: Finn Balor is definitely a guy I’d love to step in the ring and do a program with. I think he’s an incredible talent, and I think our styles clash and we’d definitely give [fans] something special to remember.”
While the two stars are yet to face off in singles action, Mysterio and Balor have shared the ring a number of times, notably squaring off during the latter half of the 2018 Royal Rumble match.
