Former Impact Wrestling Knockout Rhaka Khan’s trial over child custody has now been delayed until the fall. According to Pwinsider, the 409th District Court in El Paso, Texas has delayed the trial. The date was originally set for May 21st, then got pushed back to September 24th at 8AM.
Back in August of 2019, Khan was charged with interference with child custody and aggravated kidnapping to facilitate. She was placed on the most wanted fugitives list in El Paso after she failed to appear in court. She was later arraigned in December 2019. Any sort of interference with child custody is taking or keeping a child when you know that doing so violates a court order or judgement and is a felony, punishable by up to two years in prison.
