The Miami Herald reports that Flair likes his fans taking to social media in support of him getting a role in The Hangover sequel.
The social media world has been pushing to get former champion and WWE Hall of Famer, Ric Flair, a role in The Hangover III which will star former WWE Monday Night RAW guest host Bradley Cooper. The movie is set to start shooting soon for a May 2013 release date.
An appearance by Flair on the Abe Kanan Show on SiriusXM radio apparently kick started the campaign. Regarding the movement, Flair stated, “Oh man, I love my fans. So cool they started this whole campaign.”
Facebook.com/FlairHangover was recently started to help grow the support of Flair appearing in the movie. The page has received 5,000 likes in just a few days. Now Twitter is also getting tweets with #FlairHangover3. Flair also says, “I could play anything as long as I’m not the guy getting married.”
