Rich Swann is on the road to recovery for his ankle injury after undergoing surgery to fix it. He suffered the injury earlier this month at Impact Wrestling’s Bash at the Brewery 2 event. Because of this, Swann was forced out of his match at Hard To Kill, alongside Willie Mack against The North for the Impact World Tag Team Championships. Willie Mack ended up facing The North on his own in a handicap match.
Impact Wrestling and Su Yung both took to Twitter to reveal that Swann went in for surgery today, as you can see below. Details on the specific injury and potential recovery time are not yet known.
