On Tuesday’s NXT, Ridge Holland made his return to NXT as he attacked Tommaso Ciampa and Timothy Thatcher during their tag match against Oney Lorcan and Pete Dunne. The attack gave Dunne and Lorcan the opportunity to pick up the win over Thatcher and Ciampa.
Holland wiped out Thatcher and Ciampa both and aligned himself with Dunne and Lorcan. Holland had previously appeared on NXT when he was paid by Pat McAfee — then the leader of the Kings of NXT with Dunne, Lorcan, and Danny Burch — to attack Adam Cole. He had been sidelined with a fractured ankle and a ruptured patella tendon.
