On Tuesday night, former NFL Superstar Rob Gronkowski appeared at a charity event that several WWE Superstars attended as well. According to NBC Boston, Gronkowski attended the USO Metro DC Annual Awards Dinner in Washington, DC. WWE Superstars Braun Strowman, Mickie James, and Gronk’s good friend Mojo Rawley represented WWE at the event.
As many of you know by now, Gronkowski announced his retirement from the NFL on Sunday and there are rumors that he may be heading to WWE.
For what it’s worth, the charity event was not a WWE-specific event and the dinner has been held since well before WWE got involved with the USO. There are current betting odds on whether Gronk will end up in WWE, which sit at 3/2 as of this writing.
