In this match, Demonic Flamita would pick up a victory over former MexiSquad partner, Rey Horus. However, on this same show, ROH Host Quinn McKay would showcase the rest of the tournament bracket. For those who don’t know, the ROH Survival of the Fittest tournament is a tournament that awards the winner an ROH World Championship match.

- Rey Horus vs. Demonic Flamita (Flamita has already defeated Horus on ROH Wrestling #507.)
- Brian Johnson vs. Sledge
- Eli Isom vs. Dak Draper
- Chris Dickinson vs. O’Shay Edwards
- Bandido vs. Tyler Bateman
- Danhausen vs. Rhett Titus
