According to a report from POST Wrestling’s John Pollock, ROH will not use any talent who worked “The Collective” events at their TV tapings this week.
As we reported earlier here on eWn, several more talents who worked the events last weekend have tested positive for COVID-19. Cabana Man Dan and AC Mack came out on Thursday, confirming that they have tested positive. They join Dan the Dad as names who worked “The Collective” events and now have the virus.
ROH COO Joe Koff issued the following statement:
“While Ring of Honor does not publicly discuss specific internal decisions, ROH is taking every measure to preserve the integrity of its rigorous health and safety protocol for the upcoming tapings.”
While Danhausen has tested negative for COVID-19 after working ‘The Collective’, he said that ROH was being “extra safe and responsible” and sending him home:
Hello, I was tested Tuesday morning and my results were negative, I was just given another test today and was also negative. As an abundance of precaution @ringofhonor is being extra safe and responsible and I am going home today. Thank you for having me & caring about our safety pic.twitter.com/Qfz5WaHDem
