Chris Jericho is set to put his ROH World Championship on the line against Matt Cardona at ROH Final Battle 2024.
This matchup was made official during this week’s episode of ROH TV, where it was announced that Jericho would defend the title at the December 20th event.
Cardona interrupted Jericho during a TV Time segment on Thursday’s show, where The Learning Tree promised to defend the championship against a competitor from New York.
Cardona then appeared, and Jericho mistakenly called him “Zack (Ryder).”
The Indy God responded by reminding Jericho of his name and declaring he would take the title at ROH Final Battle 2024.
