Roman Reigns has reached a major milestone in his career with the WWE Universal Championship, surpassing 900 days as the reigning champion. This makes his current title run the longest championship reign in WWE in the past three decades. The Tribal Chief initially won the title at WWE Payback on August 30, 2020, defeating Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt.
Reigns’ next big milestone would be hitting the 1000-day mark as the WWE Universal Champion, a feat that has been achieved only five times in the history of WWE. Reigns is also currently fourth on the list of the longest combined WWE Championship reigns of all time with 1266 days.
At WrestleMania 38, Reigns defeated Brock Lesnar to win the WWE Championship for the fourth time and has now held that prestigious title for over 321 days.
