During Saturday night’s WWE SummerSlam 2022 pay-per-view event, Roman Reigns defeated Brock Lesnar to retain his WWE Undisputed Universal Championship.

Where do we even begin with this one? Brock Lesnar went into full Cowboy mode during his entrance, as he drove a big front-loading tractor to the ring. At numerous points during the bout, the tractor was used for spots.

At one point, Lesnar had Reigns in the front loader and raised it up to dump the latter into the ring. Near the end of the match, Lesnar used the tractor to lift up the entire ring, which resulted in Roman Reigns rolling out to the outside.

With total chaos at that point, Theory came out and attempted to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase. Before he could do so, Lesnar hit him with an F-5.

With Theory out of the picture, Reigns used Theory’s MITB briefcase to finally get a 10-count on Lesnar. It should also be noted that The Usos helped Reigns bury Lesnar under parts of the ring, the ring steps, and the announce table which were all destroyed.

Roman Reigns has held the WWE Universal Championship since August 30, 2020, with his reign now sitting at 693 days. At WrestleMania 38 (Night Two), Reigns defeated Brock Lesnar to capture the WWE Championship. So his reign with that title stands at 114 days.
