On this week’s episode of AEW Rampage, Kris Statlander & Ruby Soho fought in a semi-final match to decide who would reach the finals to face Britt Baker at Double or Nothing. The winner will become the first woman to claim the Owen Hart Foundation Cup.
After escaping from a submission attempt from Statlander, Ruby Soho rolled her up and got the victory. Britt Baker entered with a microphone. Soho said no, we’ve heard enough talking from her over the past two years. She then went on to tell the booing audience to quiet down, because this tournament means a lot. It’s unknown why they were booing, but it was either because they wanted Kris Statlander to win, or they really wanted to hear Britt Baker talk. Ruby said that she’s going to hurt Baker real bad this Sunday and that she has a receipt coming. At Double Or Nothing, she’s cashing it in during the finals of the Owen Hart Cup.
