Rumor: Alexa Bliss’ Injury Said to be Not Serious


As noted, Alexa Bliss has been pulled from the women’s ladder match at the Money In The Bank PPV due to her not medically cleared to compete and that a suitable replacement for Alexa will be announced.

In an update, Dave Meltzer is reporting that Bliss was pulled for an unspecified injury. The injury is not serious and the decision to pull her out of the match was a precautionary move because WWE did not want to take any risks.

WWE is scheduled to hold the Money In The Bank pay-per-view event that takes place on Sunday, May 19, 2019 in Hartford, CT at the XL Center. This event airs on pay-per-view (PPV) and WWE Network. Here is the updated card:
